BATON ROUGE, La. — Excitement is in the air as the Louisiana High School Athletic Association (LHSAA) has officially released the brackets for the 2024 high school football season. Both Select and Non-Select schools will be ready to battle it out for a chance at glory on the field.
The brackets have been divided into several divisions for both categories. In the Non-Select schools, teams will compete in Division I, Division II, Division III, and Division IV. Each division will showcase some of the best young athletes in the state, each hoping to bring home a championship.
On the other side, the Select schools have their own structure, featuring the same four divisions: Division I, Division II, Division III, and Division IV. The competition promises to be fierce, with schools preparing all season for this moment when they can prove their skills and teamwork on the field.
The excitement doesn’t only come from the matches but also from the community support. Friends, families, and fans are gearing up to cheer for their local teams. The energy in the stands will surely give players an extra boost as they fight hard for every yard.
