It could be events like strokes, serious car accidents, or lengthy recoveries from surgeries like hip replacements.” The facility is designed for those who may need a bit of extra time to regain their strength before heading home, with a typical stay lasting about two weeks.

This rehab hospital welcomes patients as young as 16 years old, but its primary clientele tends to be older adults. Butler expressed confidence that the new facility will quickly fill its beds, especially given Fort Mill’s booming population growth. “Charlotte is getting bigger, and folks are looking to settle down outside the city. I believe they’re starting to see Fort Mill as a wonderful place to raise a family,” he noted.
