In a horrifying turn of events in Rock Hill, South Carolina, an 18-year-old male was shot in the head in the parking lot of a local McDonald’s outlet. The shooting incident took place around 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, leaving the young victim battling for life, while the shooter is currently on the run.

As reported by the Rock Hill Police Department, officers were dispatched to the McDonald’s at 115 South Cherry Road in response to the shooting. On arrival, the officers found the victim with a gunshot wound to his head. He was rapidly transported to a local hospital, where he is currently in a critical condition and on life-sustaining medical care. The atmosphere at the crime scene was heavy with shock and disbelief over the tragic event.
