The all-ages ‘Tricks and Treats’ event will run on Saturdays and Sundays from September 14th until October 27th, between noon and 6 p.m. Activities include live entertainment, mask craft stations, trick-or-treating, and a pumpkin patch, among other attractions. The event will also serve up seasonally-themed food and drinks, culminating in an entertaining parade.
Additionally, a taste of Germany can be savored at the park’s ‘Oktoberfest’ celebration. This event will take place on Saturdays and Sundays from September 14th to November 2nd, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Visitors can indulge in authentic German cuisine and a wide selection of beers, while enjoying energizing music and family-friendly entertainment. This includes yard games and even a brat-eating contest.
Visitants to Carowinds can expect a thrilling night-time experience with the return of SCarowinds. This annual horror event is scheduled to run on select nights from September 13th through October 27th. It includes four spine-chilling scare zones, live shows stuffed with spookiness, and five mind-bending mazes. Carowinds’ iconic rides also turn into hair-raising adventures once the sun goes down.
Importantly, Carowinds has announced that for the first time since its inauguration in 2000, the admission to ‘Tricks and Treats’, ‘Oktoberfest’, and ‘SCarowinds’ will be covered by a single ticket. This renders it more accessible for families looking for a full day of fun and fright.
