It turns out that lots of folks were confusing the restaurant for a bookstore, which wasn’t quite the case. “Many people were mistaking us for a book store,” Chef Thomas explained, passion in her voice. “We want to clarify to everyone that we are a full-blown restaurant and wine bistro.” CCB Bistro & Vine will be the new name that candidly showcases what the restaurant is truly about—tasty dishes, incredible wine, and a cozy atmosphere with the option to enjoy a good read on the side.
