A highlight of the weekend was the showdown between Milford and Winton Woods, both coming into the game undefeated. Meanwhile, Lakota West faced off against Princeton in a crucial game that could decide the outcome of the Greater Miami Conference.

Several teams that had strong playoff runs last year, like Withrow, Badin, and Waynesville, were still searching for their first wins of the current season.
