Fort Mill Welcomes Holiday Cheer with Annual Christmas Store and Halloween BOOtique

Fort Mill, SC – The season of giving is just around the corner, and the Humane Society of York County is gearing up for its 15th Annual Christmas Store and Halloween BOOtique! Mark your calendars for Friday, September 27, 2024, because this is where the fun and festivities begin.

A Holiday Extravaganza

This year’s pop-up shop is located at 232 Main Street, in the heart of Fort Mill, previously home to Kimbrell’s Furniture Store. Spanning an impressive 7,000 square feet, the store is a treasure trove of holiday cheer. Whether you’re looking for Christmas trees, decor, attire, or gifts, there’s something for everyone. Plus, don’t forget to check out the Halloween BOOtique for spooky seasonal items, available from September 27 until October 31, 2024.

Support a Good Cause

Elaine Siegel from the Humane Society of York County is excited about the initiative, sharing, “The Christmas Store is a significant fundraiser for our organization, with all proceeds supporting the puppies and kitties at the Humane Society until they find their ‘furever’ homes.” Every purchase made in the store directly impacts the lives of homeless animals in the community, contributing to their care and well-being.

Community Spirit Shining Bright

The success of the Christmas Store and Halloween BOOtique relies heavily on the efforts of dedicated volunteers from the PAWSibilities Thrift Store, also located in Fort Mill. These passionate individuals put in countless hours to make this pop-up shop a reality, ensuring shoppers have an enjoyable experience while supporting a meaningful cause.

Store Hours to Remember

The store will be open to the community until December 28, 2024, giving everyone ample time to find that perfect gift or festive item. It’s a wonderful opportunity to experience the spirit of giving during the holiday season! So, whether you’re shopping for loved ones or treating yourself, you can feel good knowing that your purchases are helping furry friends in need.
