West Brook dominated Beaumont United with a score of 48-7, showing their strength on the field. Meanwhile, Lufkin edged out Port Arthur Memorial with a close 30-23 victory, highlighting the competitive spirit of both teams.

In another promising matchup, Nederland secured a solid win against Port Neches-Groves, finishing at 24-14. On the defensive end, West Orange-Stark blanked Silsbee with a decisive score of 35-0.

The evening continued with Little Cypress-Mauriceville taking a narrow 21-18 win over Bridge City, while Lumberton marked their name in the victory books with a 24-14 win against Hardin-Jefferson.

Hamshire-Fannett delivered an outstanding performance, defeating Tarkington decisively with a score of 65-0. East Chambers also had a successful night, taking down Kirbyville with a strong 52-14 finish.

Additional scores included Anderson-Shiro beating Kountze 33-14, Jasper defeating Shepherd 35-16, and Hardin triumphing over Anahuac 33-13. Newton recorded an impressive shutout against Trinity at Newton, ending the game with a score of 64-0.

Other notable outcomes included Coldspring-Oakhurst dominating Buna 28-0, Woodville securing a win over New Waverly with a score of 38-0, and The Woodlands Christian outpacing Kelly Catholic 53-12.

To wrap up the night, Deweyville sailed to a comfortable win against West Hardin with a score of 38-6, while West Sabine finished strong against Evadale, winning 54-14.
