In Class 2A, the number one spot shifted to Lafayette Central Catholic (2-0) after they narrowly outplayed Logansport with a score of 23-21. On the other hand, Lutheran (2-1) dropped from first to fifth after their impressive 45-game winning streak came to an end with a 16-13 loss to Triton Central, who now sits at fourth in the rankings.
