In Minnesota, high school football is heating up as teams gear up for the latest rankings. This week marks the release of the second edition of the Minnesota Top 20, a list that aims to showcase the best football teams in the state, irrespective of their school size. The Minnesota State High School League divides teams into seven classes, which range from the smallest Nine-Person programs to Class 6A, consisting of the largest schools, often exceeding 3,000 students. In contrast, players from smaller schools often have to juggle roles on both offense and defense, which can affect their performance.
