Mountlake Terrace, WA – On Wednesday, October 23, 2024, the Mountlake Terrace football team achieved a convincing 9-0 win against Lynnwood, showcasing their offensive strength and solid defense. Claire August was the star of the match, scoring five goals and contributing with three assists. Abby Schmicker, Ally Villalobos-VanSlooten, Sadie Parker, and Eva Gomez each added a goal to bring the total to nine.

The Mountlake Terrace goalkeepers, Jordyn Stokes and Daphne Ostberg, played a crucial role by keeping a shutout, preventing Lynnwood from scoring any goals. This victory brings Mountlake Terrace’s records to 4-6-1 in league play and 4-8-1 overall, while Lynnwood continues to struggle at 0-10 in the league and 0-14 overall.
