Sessler Wrecking, a prominent demolition and environmental services company based in Waterloo, New York, has announced the establishment of its Southeast headquarters in Rock Hill, South Carolina, marking a significant expansion into the Carolinas.
With a rich history that spans over six decades, the company’s expansion into the Southeastern United States echoes its commitment to providing top-notch services to a broader clientele. This strategic move is expected to not only extend Sessler Wrecking’s geographical reach but also enhance its service offerings and professional team, thus increasing the company’s capabilities across all markets served.
The company has welcomed Mark Frank and Ed Vernier into its team to lead the business and project management operations in the Southeast. Both Frank and Vernier bring with them vast experience in executing large-scale commercial and industrial demolition and decommissioning projects nationwide. In his new role as the director of Southeast demolition, Frank will be tasked with chief estimator responsibilities and project oversight.
Vernier, on the other hand, will take on the position of director of Southeast operations. His three-plus decades of executive management experience in the demolition, environmental, and rigging industries will be invaluable in this role. As director, his responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations and leading all facets of Sessler Wrecking’s Southeast Division. Vernier currently serves on the board of directors of the National Demolition Association and holds the position of treasurer on the executive board.
Commenting on the expansion, Jeff Sessler, the principal at Sessler Wrecking, expressed his delight, highlighting how the team “has consistently demonstrated the highest standards of safety and project efficiencies, setting industry benchmarks, and earning the trust of our clients and partners.”
Sessler Wrecking, with its headquarters in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York, is a generational, family-owned and operated specialty contractor focused on various areas, including bridge, building and industrial demolition, marine services, environmental services, and site preparation. The company has a longstanding history dating back to 1958 and is revered for its service deliverance and commitment to safety.
The Southeast division of the company has opened its doors at 1034 Charlotte Ave., in Rock Hill, poised to inject fresh experience and professional skills into the local demolition and environmental services sector. This move is expected to further anchor Sessler Wrecking’s presence in the region and increase its footprint in the Southeastern United States.
