If you’re a brunch enthusiast living in or around Rock Hill, it’s time to celebrate! The popular brunch chain, First Watch, has officially opened its doors at 2320 Cherry Road. This dynamic restaurant is a delightful addition to the area, where traditional breakfast lovers can enjoy their classic bacon and eggs, while social media-savvy diners can indulge in the trendy brunch options perfect for sharing online.

What’s on the Menu?

First Watch promises a mouth-watering menu filled with breakfast, brunch, and lunch options. You can expect to find everything from fluffy pancakes and delicious waffles to a variety of sandwiches and salads. Their menu also includes some pretty creative drinks, featuring colorful freshly squeezed juices and unique iced coffee flavors such as mint mocha and honey caramel crunch.

If you fancy breakfast with a twist, you’ll love the four varieties of eggs benedict on offer, along with options like omelets, frittatas, and even breakfast tacos. Health-conscious eaters can rejoice too, as the menu features a super foods bowl and a power wrap to fuel your day.

An ‘Instagram-able’ Experience

Andy Paschal, the president of First Watch, emphasizes that their food isn’t just about taste—it’s about providing a feast for the eyes too. “We take our food very seriously,” he stated. “We say we like to serve ‘Instagram-able’ food that tastes great.” With dishes designed to look good on social media, you’re bound to leave with both a satisfied stomach and a photo-ready plate!

The Perfect Location

As part of their growth strategy, Rock Hill was a natural choice for First Watch’s new location. Paschal noted that many guests from Rock Hill have been traveling to their nearby Fort Mill restaurant, located at 2373 Len Patterson Road, and have been asking for a spot closer to home. “It was definitely the next growth spot, but we also have a lot of folks that come into our Fort Mill location that come from Rock Hill,” he explained.

Are you an early bird or someone who loves to sleep in? No worries! First Watch in Rock Hill opens daily from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with a full menu available during those hours.
