Rock Hill Man Behind Bars Over Distinct Drug Trafficking Charges
A significant operation took place in Rock Hill, South Carolina, when law enforcement authorities apprehended a local man on multiple drug trafficking charges on Valentine’s Day, February 14. The man, identified as Keewon David Degraffenreid, 40, allegedly had over 200 grams of various drugs in his vehicle.
Capture at Camden Highway Residence
County authorities, notably from Lancaster, narrowed their search to a residential area on Old Camden Highway. Here, they spotted Degraffenreid leaning into his open-front passenger door of a white, 2019 GMC Acadia. When officers approached him, Degraffenreid dashed into the house, but was later detained when he eventually exited the building.
After an initial investigation, officers reported seeing illegal drugs inside the car. Further inspection led to the discovery of various drugs in considerable amounts:
- 128.6 grams of cocaine
- 14.6 grams of crack cocaine
- 53.5 grams of oxycodone hydrochloride pills
- 13.6 grams of marijuana
The inspection also revealed approximately $1,715 in cash in Degraffenreid’s possession.
Multiple Drug Trafficking Charges
The charges brought against Degraffenreid are severe, due to the various kinds and substantial quantity of drugs involved.
His charges include:
- Trafficking Cocaine, 100 to 200 grams
- Trafficking Crack Cocaine, 10 to 28 grams
- Trafficking Oxycodone Hydrochloride, More than 28 grams
- Possession With Intent To Distribute Marijuana

As per the last report, Degraffenreid is remanded into custody without the option for bail.
