Police officers were dispatched to Southland Drive around 10 p.m. following distress calls regarding multiple gunshots heard amidst the cheerful atmosphere. Upon arrival, they found a horrifying sight: an adult woman aged 44 and a young man aged 21, both fatally shot. They were declared dead at the scene despite resuscitative efforts.
Moreover, a third person, a woman aged 25, was found at the location suffering from gunshot injuries. She was treated immediately on site by responding paramedics and later transported to a nearby hospital where she is currently in a stable condition. A fourth victim, a 24-year-old man, walked into an area hospital later in the night with a minor gunshot graze wound he claimed to have received during the shooting.
