Texas High School Football Championship Weekend: Excitement Awaits at AT&T Stadium

Arlington, Texas – The high school football championship games are set to take place this weekend at AT&T Stadium, showcasing some of the best talent in Texas. With a full day of action scheduled for Saturday, fans can look forward to a packed agenda featuring teams from various divisions.

The day kicks off at 11 a.m. with the Class 1A Division II matchup between Jayton (14-0) and Oakwood (9-5). All eyes will be on Jayton as they look to maintain their undefeated record against Oakwood, which has had a solid run in the playoffs.

Next up at 2 p.m., the Class 1A Division I showdown between Whiteface (14-0) and Gordon (14-0) promises to be thrilling, as both teams have proven themselves to be powerhouses in the 6-man football scene this season.

The day’s action continues at 7 p.m., with the Class 2A Division II clash featuring Muenster (13-2) taking on Shiner (12-3). Then, the crowd can look forward to the Class 2A Division I final between Stamford (15-0) and Ganado (14-1) also slated for an 11 a.m. kickoff.

Later, Class 3A Division II will showcase Gunter (13-2) battling Woodville (13-2) at 3 p.m., followed by the Class 3A Division I contest with Columbus (14-1) and the undefeated Malakoff (15-0) at 7 p.m.

The evening will feature exciting matchups in Class 4A Division II at 11 a.m. with Carthage (14-1) versus Waco La Vega (12-3), and at 3 p.m., Celina (15-0) will face Kilgore (13-1) in Class 4A Division I.

As the day progresses, Class 5A Division II will feature Randle (15-0) facing South Oak Cliff (13-2) at 7 p.m. and 5A Division I will have Smithson Valley (13-2) taking on Highland Park (14-1) at 11 a.m.

Finally, the Class 6A Division II showdown will see Vandegrift (14-1) facing off against Southlake Carroll (15-0) at 3 p.m., wrapping up with the Class 6A Division I game featuring Austin Westlake (14-1) competing against North Crowley (15-0) at 7 p.m.
