Rock Hill Schools Prepare for Tropical Storm Debby’s Arrival
Rock Hill, S.C. – As the new school year approaches, local school districts in Rock Hill are on high alert due to the looming threat of Tropical Storm Debby. On Monday, Rock Hill Schools hosted their annual Back to School Pep Rally, a celebration filled with enthusiasm for the upcoming year. “It’s no secret that it’s a tough time to be in public education,” said a spokesperson for the district. “We wanted to show all of our educators that we’re here for them.” The event featured fun activities, dances, and the announcement of “Teacher of the Year”, awarded to Meghan Caldwell from India Hook Elementary School.
