Three Eagles Named To 2024 CSC Academic All-District Team

Rock Hill, S.C. – In a recent announcement by College Sports Communicators (CSC) on Tuesday afternoon, three standout players from the Winthrop baseball program have been named to the 2024 CSC Academic All-District Team. Nate Chronis, Brady Houston, and Parker Whittle have been selected as representatives for the Eagles, marking a significant achievement for the program.

Academic Excellence and Athletic Performance

The 2023-24 Academic All-District® Baseball Teams honor student-athletes who have excelled both on the field and in the classroom. The College Sports Communicators program recognizes the nation’s top performers across various divisions, including NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA. The selection of Chronis, Houston, and Whittle underscores their dedication to academic excellence and athletic performance.
