Baseball Announces Schedule Changes at Winthrop University Athletics

Rock Hill, S.C. – Winthrop baseball’s upcoming weekend series at home against Charleston Southern has been rescheduled due to anticipated inclement weather on Saturday.

Doubleheader on Thursday

The Eagles will now be playing a doubleheader on Thursday, May 16, with the first game set to start at 4 p.m. The second game will follow shortly after the conclusion of the first match, with an estimated start time of around 7:45 p.m.

Friday Game Time Change

Originally planned for Saturday at 2 p.m., the game has been moved up to Friday at 5 p.m. Additionally, the Friday game will serve as Senior Day to honor 10 Eagle players.
