In other thrilling news, Winthrop University is gearing up for its Spring commencement ceremony, where nearly 570 students will be celebrating their undergraduate achievements at the Winthrop Coliseum. Mark your calendars for this Saturday as the university honors its graduates! The ceremony will be split into two sessions: one at 10 a.m. for students from the College of Visual and Performing Arts and the College of Arts and Sciences, and another at 3 p.m. for graduates from the College of Business Administration and the Richard W. Riley College of Education.
If you can’t make it in person, don’t worry! The ceremonies will be streamed live on the university’s YouTube channel, so family and friends can join in the celebration from afar.
On top of the undergraduate degrees, the university will also be awarding 77 graduate and 244 undergraduate degrees during this celebratory season.
